Depression: Exercise stimulates brain and helps in blood circulation in a better manner thereby reducing depression. There are many big mountains in the world, but Mount Everest is the world's largest mountain. Which is located in Nepal. The height of which is 8,848 m (29,029 feet). The world 2nd highest mountain is K2 (Karakorum), which is located in Pakistan. The height of which is 8,611 m (28,251 feet).
